Camping

The camping will be each person's (family's) responsibility. For specific information please see our Camping page.

Potluck

We gather for a potluck lunch on Sunday at 1:00pm in Shelter #1 Group Area. This picnic area includes one sink and a few electrical outlets for those who may need it.

Family members are encouraged to bring your favorite main dish(es) and desserts and anything else you want to share for this lunchtime gathering.

Horse Shoes

Our yearly horse shoe tournament is available for family members of all ages and all skill levels. A sign-up sheet for teams of two is available the day of the Sunday Picnic. Every year a plaque is awarded to the winner in which they engrave their names on and must bring back the following year.

Fundraisers:

Raffle: You are welcome to bring items for the raffle which is held to raise funds to cover the operating costs of coordinating this highly anticipated yearly event. Over the years we have had a variety of items from fun to practical. Please, use your imagination and skills to share with the rest of the family.

Reunion Items Each year we have family reunion t-shirts that are available to order. You may contact us for more information. We are currently working on creating calendars with some fun and interesting family facts. If you would like more information or to pre-order you may contact us for more information.

Family Memorabilia

Many family members bring photo albums, type-written stories and other items to share.

Youth Activities

Some activities include an adult and/or require adults permission to participate depending on the age of the child.
